God created humanity for Himself, we sinned and fell short, and God in His grace sent Jesus Christ to redeem His people, granting eternal life to those who believe, calling them to repentance, obedience, and mission.
Creation & Humanity’s Condition
- God created humanity in His image for fellowship with Him (Genesis 1:26–27).
- Sin entered the world, separating humanity from God and bringing death (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23).
God’s Redemptive Plan in Christ
- God promised redemption through His Son (Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 53).
- Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, lived without sin (Hebrews 4:15), died for the sins of His people (1 Peter 2:24; 1 John 2:2), and rose bodily from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:3–4).
Salvation by God’s Grace
- Salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith, not works (Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10).
- God calls, regenerates, and preserves His elect (John 6:37–39; Philippians 1:6).
Response & Transformation
- Believers are called to repentance and obedience (Acts 2:38; 2 Corinthians 5:17).
- The Holy Spirit enables growth in holiness and equips us to love and serve others (Galatians 5:22–23; Matthew 28:18–20).
The Hope & Mission
- Eternal life is promised to those in Christ, while rejection leads to judgment (John 3:16–18; Revelation 20:12–15).
